Overview

From fragmented tools to a unified learning experience

As part of the broader HoldenStore ecosystem, the goal was to equip Scuola Holden with a robust and scalable LMS integrated into the existing commerce platform. My role was to lead the entire LMS project lifecycle—ensuring pedagogical needs were matched by solid digital infrastructure, seamless integration, and strategic foresight.

  • Deliver a flexible, scalable LMS to host Holden’s growing catalogue of courses
  • Ensure deep integration with Adobe Commerce and existing user accounts (SSO)
  • Make the experience seamless across content, learning, and live interactions
  • Support the internal team in handling both platform management and evolution

My approach

What I Delivered

  • Led the end-to-end deployment of a customized Moodle LMS
  • Integrated SSO with Adobe Commerce to ensure unified access across platforms
  • Customized the REMUI theme for consistency with Holden’s brand and learning UX
  • Coordinated with Zoom for embedded live-class functionality
  • Reviewed client needs, coordinated feedback cycles, and supervised plugin-level customizations
  • Delivered technical documentation, admin training, and early-stage planning for future evolutions
